With over 30 years of experience, LAPOUTRE+ offers executive, team, career, and individual coaching programs for leaders and professionals operating in complex environments.
Regardless of the format, our coaching helps you clarify direction, strengthen awareness, and translate insight into sustainable behavioral change and measurable impact.
What can you expect from LAPOUTRE+?
- Experienced coaches: Our coaches are seasoned professionals with extensive executive and organizational experience. We understand leadership in practice — including its complexity, pressure, and responsibility.
- Ego-aware leadership in practice: We help leaders recognize limiting patterns, ego-driven reflexes, and unconscious dynamics. By strengthening self-awareness and ownership, we create the foundation for more effective decision-making and collaboration.
- Scientifically grounded, pragmatically applied: Our approach combines evidence-based methods with common sense and real-world application. Insight is valuable — but only when translated into behavior that works in daily leadership practice.
- Focus on real-world implementation: Coaching goes beyond reflection. We ensure that new insights lead to concrete action, stronger teams, and improved organizational outcomes.
- Tailor-made and co-created: Each coaching program is designed in close alignment with the leader, the team, and the organizational context. Development is most effective when it serves both personal growth and strategic ambition.
- Personal guidance: We provide committed, direct, and constructive guidance — always aligned with what your role, team, and organization require from you.

Executive coaching
Executive coaching focuses on the top of an organization. It helps you as an executive manager, board member or director to develop skills that enable you to be a decisive leader of your organization. Such a coaching program is often used during change processes, where dialogue with surrounding teams is crucial. An executive coaching program can also provide support in taking essential career steps. Together, we look for ways to achieve more success using your own strengths by looking at how you can become the best leader and can thus take the organization to a higher level.
An executive coach can help you with the following questions or thoughts:
- How can I profile myself best in critical situations?
- I feel lonely at the top
- How can I sharpen my vision?
- How do I create an optimal “work-life balance”?
- I need a sounding board that speaks the same language
- How do I create an environment of involvement and optimal cooperation?
Executive coaching takes place one-on-one, usually at a fixed interval of once every two to three weeks. Together, we identify the individual points of interest and determine the objectives. We do not use a fixed pattern: the course and content of the conversations depend on the chosen goals and the situation.
Individual coaching
An individual coaching program offers insight into your preferences in behaviour, actions and perception. The coach ‘wakes you up’ and makes you more aware of your talents, qualities, possibilities and intuitive abilities.
An individual coaching program can help you with a wide range of topics, such as:
- Personal issues
- Finding a new challenge within or outside the organization where you currently work
- Giving a boost to the collaboration between you and your colleagues, finding a good balance between process and content
Individual coaching takes place one-on-one, usually at a fixed interval of once every four to six weeks. Together, we identify the individual points of interest and determine the objectives. We do not use a fixed pattern: the course and content of the conversations depend on the chosen goals and the situation.
Career coaching
In a career coaching program we guide professionals who want to take the next step in their career or wonder whether the chosen career offers sufficient perspective. Such a program aims to clarify what your strengths are, and find out what you want and can currently do for your career. The result is finding a suitable job, or more pleasure and satisfaction in your current job.
A career coach can help you with the following questions and thoughts:
- How do I find out what I really want in my work?
- I am unsure about the next step in my career
- Is my current job still suitable?
- Where does my talent lie, and how can I use it optimally in my work?
- I want more meaning in my work
- How do I find my passion and challenge in my work?
- I want to experience more pleasure in my work
We usually start a career coaching program with a self-analysis, on the basis of which we draw up a search profile. In addition, we map relevant networks, set goals and a step-by-step plan to work towards during the program. We guide you through the entire program and provide support at every step of your career development.
A career coaching program of about six months is common and helps people get started in their new position. We do not use a fixed pattern: the course and content of the conversations depend on the chosen goals and the situation.
Team coaching
LAPOUTRE+ has experience in coaching teams at all levels within an organization, from operational level to executive level such as management teams, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. A team coaching program supports teams in their development process towards a more successful and efficient team. The goal is to strengthen mutual relationships, cooperation and performance.
Managers are often too closely involved with a team to be able to see what is going on within a group of colleagues. An external team coach can help surface the problems of a less well-functioning team and work with the team to find solutions. A team coach helps teams with the following questions or thoughts:
- What qualities are present within the team?
- How can I ensure that my team works better together?
- Why are there conflicts between team members, and how to resolve those?
- Is the vision clear for the team, and does everyone support it?
- How can we, as a team, deal with changes?
- How do we make our team more targeted and efficient?
A team coaching program is always tailor-made, depending on the team’s current situation and needs. Together, we identify the team’s specific points of interest and determine the objectives. We do not use a fixed pattern: the course and content of the conversations depend on the chosen goals and the situation.
