Enneagram
The Enneagram is an age-old model that provides insight into someone’s qualities and pitfalls. It also shows what motivates others for their behaviour. The name Enneagram is derived from Greek. “Ennea” means “nine”, and “grammos” means “movement”. This model consists of nine points on a circle that are interconnected. The model shows someone’s behaviour under stress or tension and also relaxed behaviour. It also shows how someone gains access to his or her full potential of talents and possibilities. The Enneagram shows someone how he or she can feel happy and communicate more easily with others. It teaches us to assess others better, to deal with others better, and to achieve success.
The model is divided into nine types. Everyone has one dominant type and a touch of the other types. Someone is in his or her power when he or she lives from the dominant type, supplemented with the eight different types.
