I, We, It model by Ofman
The I, We, It model by Ofman aims to provide an answer to how you can look at the world, but especially how you can bring about change in that same world. It is an integral approach in which the personal aspects (I), the relationship with others (we) and the content and environment (It) are linked to each other. In change processes, it is important to pay attention to all three of these aspects because then one can bring about a more effective change.
The I-world
In the I-world, you look at what happens in yourself. The world is subjective, and it is about beauty, passion, inspiration, and soul.
The We-world
In the we-world, it is about how we interact with each other, cooperation, culture, atmosphere, values, making connections, and interactivity.
The It-world
In the it-world, it is about systems, objectivity, the pursuit of the truth, and certification.
